Announcements and Rain Event Tickets -
SGPS Information
Congratulations! Commencement 2012 is right around the corner. A
packet containing your announcements and rain event tickets has
been prepared for you and sent to your home mailing address.
• The four announcements are mementos of Commencement and the four tickets are needed only in the event of inclement weather.
•
In the event of inclement weather, the Commencement ceremony will be
held in the Lee Clement Arena. Ticket holders will be admitted to the
Arena and all others will be seated in the Field House.
• Students
will be responsible for distributing their tickets and ensuring that
their guests receive their tickets prior to Commencement on May 12.
• Graduates of the Class of 2012 are not required to have a ticket to participate in Commencement.
