CAREER INTEREST TESTING

Pathways Career Services offers the Holland Self-Directed Search and the Keirsey Temperament Sorter inventories to help establish correlations between student interests, personal characteristics, and specific fields of work.

Some assessment instruments are also accessible online. A few of these are listed below, with links.

Meeting with a Pathways career advisor is strongly recommended after taking an online test, in order to get the most out of the test results.

Can look up careers under six broad areas, and also use the Holland codes (like the Career Interests Game) to do a quick self-assessment.
