Closest to us in terms of language, and yet still very different in culture and outlook, England and Ireland are popular destinations for NEC students. The diversity of academic course options for students participating in this trip, as well as the spectacular itinerary, will make this a popular venture. Professors Mary Ellen Alger, Phil Huckins, Reza Jalili, Inez McDermott, and Cindi Nadelman, will offer courses in sports and culture, education, economics, art history, communications and business while taking students from London to the Cliffs of Moher in the extreme west of Ireland. First-year students may especially value this trip as a way to connect more closely with faculty and students at NEC. Not to be missed!
