Team Registration Information

If you are registering more than one person to golf, please provide the name, address and email address for each additional golfer.

RAFFLE: Purchase your raffle tickets at the check in table at the event (15 tickets for $25)

MULLIGANS: Purchase your mulligans at the check in table at the event (one mulligan for $20; maximum two mulligans per golfer.

All golfers will receive a golf classic polo, a sleeve of balls, and dinner following the event!
