Thank you for considering a gift to New England College, a Sec. 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The following information is designed to assist you in making your gift, and to help us prepare and deliver to you as quickly as possible an accurate gift receipt. The date the check is received by New England College.

How To Make Gift:
Instruct your bank, broker or custodian to wire funds using the Wire Transfer Instructions below. Call or email New England College to let us know of your gift intent using the email or phone number below.
Effective Date of Gift:
The date the gift arrives in New England College’s wire transfer account.

How To Make Gift:
For an on-line Giving Form, please click here, or you may call, email or fax the Advancement Office with the amount of your gift, credit card type, number and expiration date, and the exact name as it appears on your card. For a faxed gift please include your signature, address and telephone number.
Effective Date of Gift:
The date telephone call or gift fax is received.

How To Make Gift:
Instruct your broker/agent to transfer the securities you intend to use as your gift to the College using the Wire Transfer Instructions below. Next, be sure to call, email or fax us right away, or instruct your broker to call us, so we will know to expect your gift and can notify our broker as well.
Effective Date of Gift:
The date the securities are received by the College’s broker. Our policy, unless instructed otherwise, is to sell gifted securities immediately upon receipt. Your gift credit amount will be the mean of the high and low price of the gifted securities on the date of receipt.

Marketable Securities (Stock Certificates)

How To Make Gift:
Send the physical stock certificates via certified mail or overnight delivery service, signature and return receipt required, to the College. Next, send to the College under separate cover a completed stock or bond power, endorsed to the College. Please feel free to call us with any questions about this process.
Effective Date of Gift:
The date both the stock certificates and the stock or bond power are received by the College. We will sell the securities through our broker upon receipt; your gift credit will be the amount of the mean of the high and low price of the gifted securities on the date of receipt.

Gifts-in-Kind (artwork, other personal property, real estate, products or services, etc.)

How To Make Gift:
Call the College’s Advancement Office to arrange for details of the delivery and acceptance of your gift.
Effective Date of Gift:
The date of receipt of the item. Note that the College will provide a gift receipt with a dollar amount for a gift valued in excess of $5,000 if accompanied by an invoice, sales receipt or appraisal; otherwise our receipt will include a description of the item but not the value.
