Annual Fund monies are used to continue the College’s commitment to support library resources, faculty development, athletics, student life and student financial assistance. Most importantly, contributions to the Annual Fund help to continue the student-centered, nurturing environment for which New England College is renowned. Because gifts to the Annual Fund are not designated for a specific purpose, the College can use those gifts wherever the need is greatest.
Every gift, no matter what size, does make a difference. Twelve percent of New England College's alumni, plus hundreds of friends, parents of current and past students, contribute to the College annually. Support from those closest to New England College is used to attract gifts from foundations, corporations, and other sources. Participation from our own college community encourages participation from external sources. Although large gifts are vital to the success of the college’s programs, participation in any amount is equally important. Thus, a dollar for New England College is a vote of confidence for New England College. Gifts to the Annual Fund provide the College with over $500,000 in operating funds each year.
