Field Hockey to host TCCC Quarterfinal game
New England College field hockey has finished TCCC play with a record of 5-3 earning the #4 seed heading into the TCCC post season. The Pilgrims will host an opening round quarterfinal game against the #5 seeded Salve Regina Seahawks on Saturday, Oct. 31 at 1:00 p.m.
The last meeting between the two teams was back on Oct. 5 when the Pilgrims edged the Seahawks 2-1 in Henniker.
The winner of Saturday’s game will advance to the TCCC Semifinals where they will meet the #1 seeded Endicott College Gulls on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 1:30 p.m.
The Pilgrims do have two regular season non-conference games remaining, including a home match-up with Southern Maine on Thursday at 3:00 p.m.
