Hennessey Picks up TCCC Honor
New England College men’s basketball player Shane Hennessey (Cornwall, England) has been named The Commonwealth Coast Conference Rookie of the Week for his performance throughout the week of February 11-17.
NEC freshman forward Shane Hennessey helped the Pilgrims pick up their first two conference victories of the season last week. Hennessey led the Pilgrims past Anna Maria 96-95 finishing with a career-high 18 points and grabbed a career-high 20 rebounds. For the week Hennessey averaged 10 points per game and 15 rebounds per game.7.
