Junior Gym Grims

The NEC Junior Gym Grims Basketball clinic is an introduction to basketball for both boys and girls, grades K through 8. The clinic will be held on three consecutive Sunday afternoons. Instruction will be given by both the NEC Women's and Men's Basketball Teams.

Clinic Design
First Sunday - Registration, followed by the individual improvement cycle, which consists of seven stations: Ball handling, shooting, conditioning, defense, passing, lay-ups, and the "people" station.

Second Sunday - Registration, special lecture from Coach Charlie Mason, followed by the individual improvement cycle.

Third Sunday - Registration, individual improvement cycle followed by the Sports Drink Shoot-Out!
