| Women's Lacrosse
New England College women’s lacrosse finished their 2008 campaign with an overall record of 4-12 and a Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) record of 3-5. The Pilgrims earned their fifth consecutive TCCC post-season berth this season slipping in as the #8 seed. The Pilgrims faced off against the #1 ranked Endicott College Gulls in the TCCC opening round falling to the eventual conference champions 14-25. The Pilgrims did earn some huge victories this season avenging last season’s playoff loss to Colby-Sawyer beating the Chargers 10-9 this season and edged Norwich University in overtime 12-10. More…

New England College softball finished their 2008 campaign with an overall record of 10-24 and a Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) record of 8-16. The Pilgrims picked up key wins over conference leaders Western New England College and Nichols College late in the season but fell short of the playoffs finishing the season tied for ninth in the conference standings. The New England College baseball team finished their 2008 season with two wins sweeping the visiting Plymouth State University Panthers Thursday afternoon. With the two wins the Pilgrims finish their season with an overall record of 9-26, while the losses drop the Panthers to 12-24 on the season. More…
