Don’t Let the Holidays Get You Down: presentation at NEC Concord
Don’t Let The Holidays Get You Down
The Holidays can be a time to reflect, enjoy, and gather with loved ones. They can also be a nightmare of stress, obligations, and excess. For those struggling with mental health issues the season can also bring special struggles. How can we best reclaim our Holidays?
New England College in partnership with the National Alliance on Mental Illness – New Hampshire invites you to attend a public discussion led by a panel of experts that will help you create your own traditions, make time for reflection, and enjoy the holidays again.
