Transforming Our World through Women's and Girls' Empowerment and Health
Kristy Kade, Advocacy Program Director for Pathfinder International,
will address the many forms of oppression that women and girls face
around the world, including early marriage, gender-based violence, and
poor reproductive and maternal healthcare. She will describe the impact
of such oppression on individual lives as well as our larger social
environment, and discuss solutions for change involving today’s young
people.
