Casee Kinna Gilbert

Casee Kinna is in her third year at New England College as an Academic Mentor in the Pathways Department. Before arriving at NEC, Casee was at the University of Denver completing her master’s degree in Social Work and Jewish Communal Services. Casee is also a graduate of Whittier College, where she studied Child Development and Anthropology. Casee has a strong background in working with students and families from varying backgrounds, including those with special needs and at-risk populations. Through her past two years at NEC, Casee has had the opportunity to create and sustain meaningful relationships with students and their families. She truly enjoys working with college level students because no two days are ever the same.

When not working, Casee enjoys spending time with her dog, Franie and her husband. She also enjoys being outdoors, and exploring the nooks and crannies of small town living.
