Erica Ledy

Erica Ledy enters her eighth season as head coach of the women’s basketball program.  Over the past seven seasons Ledy has compiled a record of 59-106 including an appearance in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) Tournament in 2005.  Ledy has coached three TCCC All-Conference athletes and led the team to a 13-12 finish in 2006-07, the most wins in the past seven seasons.

Prior to New England College Ledy was the Head Women’s Basketball Coach at the University of Northern Colorado where she led the team to the North Central Conference post season tournament.  She has over seventeen years of head coaching experience including time at Northwood University and Lake Superior State University.

Coach Ledy earned her psychology degree at Lake Superior State University where she was a member of the women’s varsity basketball team and gathered GLIAC All-Conference honors.  She went on to receive her masters in Community College Education from Northern Michigan University.
