Biography:
Coach Miller enters his first season as head coach of the Pilgrim Baseball squad. Over the past three years Miller has served as an assistant coach with the New England College and was named the program’s associate head coach for the 2009 season. Over three seasons Miller has helped lead the Pilgrims to an overall record of 27-73, including the most single season wins in 16 years with 10 this past spring.
Miller also served as the head coach at John Stark Regional High School (Weare, N.H.) for two seasons and was an assistant with the Concord Quarry Dogs of the New England Collegiate Baseball League in 2007. His collegiate college coaching experience includes stints as an assistant coach at TCCC rival Colby-Sawyer College and as the assistant coach and recruiting director at Division III McDaniel College.
Miller graduated with an Associates Degree in Marketing from Montgomery College in 1981 where he was a two-year member of the baseball team. Miller went on to earn a Bachelors of Science Degree in Health Care Administration for Columbia Union College and a Masters Degree in Sport Science from the United States Sports Academy.
