CIAO: Columbia International Affairs Online:  Comprehensive source for theory and research in international affairs.

CountryWatch  country-specific intelligence and data. 

CQPress  Includes CQ Researcher (controversial topics), and the CQ Congress Collection, CQ Public Affairs Collection, Supreme Court Collection, Voting and Elections Collection, and the Encyclopedia of American Government.

Directory of Open Access Journals:  This service covers free, full text, quality controlled scientific and scholarly journals.

PubMed Central (Website) A digital archive of free full-text biomedical and life sciences journal literature from the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH)  There is also the Pubmed site which has abstracts for 18,000 articles (the full-text must be ordered througn interlibrary loan) and some full-text.
