Michele Bachmann Addresses Town Hall Meeting at New England College

Michele Bachmann thanks President Perkins and New England College for hosting the Town Hall meeting.

New England College hosted presidential candidate Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota) in the ECON-101 series of Town Hall meetings on October 10. The ECON-101 Town Hall meeting, sponsored by the Center for Civic Engagement at New England College, was free and open to the public.

The ECON-101 series of Town Hall meetings provides an opportunity for political leaders to present their economic plan for America. Presidential candidate Michele Bachmann discussed the national budget, taxes, and spending. The one-hour program included a presentation by the candidate and questions from the audience. Representative Bachmann was in New Hampshire last in June and has drawn large audiences at her campaign stops.
