Tellebration - A World-Wide Storytelling Event
When: Friday, December 3 (*snow date - Friday, December 10)
Where: Danforth Library, New England Room
Time: 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
This
annual event promotes storytelling as a multicultural form of
entertainment and teaching strategy. NEC students, children from area
schools, professional tellers, and faculty participate in this marathon
of "talking stories."
The event is informal and open to the
community; all stories are appropriate to a family audience. Come listen
to one story or stay for all. Refreshments will be served.
