Summer Orientation – The Pilgrimage
Connect with your classmates, your campus, and your academics by attending a Pilgrimage session! The Pilgrimage is an overnight orientation program designed specifically for first year students. There is no fee to attend. We can’t wait to meet you!
There are two dates to choose from – To register for the Pilgrimage, please choose your preferred date.
Once you are registered, all that’s left to do is attend! Check in for the Pilgrimage will open at 8:00 a.m., and our program will begin at 10:00 a.m. Please plan to arrive within that window so that you don’t miss anything. Parents and family members are invited to attend the program through 3:30 p.m., at which point the program will be for students only. Parents who wish to stay in the area can find a list of hotel accommodations here. The program will wrap up by 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
All students wishing to partake in the Pilgrimage must be a deposited student. If you are not a deposited student, please call the Office of Admission at 603.428.2223.

Do not forget to complete your Housing Contract for The Pilgrimage! Under 18 at the time of the Pilgrimage? Please have a parent sign the Housing Contract and bring it to the Pilgrimage!
Incoming students (first year and transfer) who are not playing a fall sport will move onto campus on Friday, August 26, 2016. A mandatory orientation program will take place Friday, August 26 through Sunday, August 28. Classes begin on Monday, August 29. New students who are commuting are also expected to participate in Welcome Weekend. A complete schedule of events for the weekend will be available on August 1, 2016.
If you are an incoming student and playing a fall sport, you should contact your coach directly to find out your move-in date.
Welcome Weekend is an opportunity for the incoming class to get to know the campus, their peers, and the policies at NEC before starting the semester.
