Payment Methods


New England College offers a variety of payment methods to parents and students. NEC accepts cash, personal check, credit card (MC, Visa, American Express, Discover), and wire transfer payments. Third party checks are not accepted for payment.

 

Cash can be accepted at the Office of Student Financial Services. If you make a cash payment of $10,000 or more, you must complete IRS Form 8300.

Wire Transfers

 

NEC accepts payments via Wire Transfer. Please contact Student Financial Services by phone for routing and account information as this data will not be released by email.

 

Student Protection Plan

 

The Student Protection Plan includes Tuition Refund Insurance coverage and a comprehensive bundle of benefits designed for the college student:  Identity Protection and Resolution Services, Emergency Medical Evacuation Insurance, Computer Repair and Virus Protection, Extended Warranty Protection for merchandise purchased for college.  To learn more or to enroll visit nec.salliemaeinsurance.com/tuition or call 877-445-0264 to speak with a licensed agent. 

 

 

Interest-Free Payment Plan through TMS

 

You can also make monthly payments through Tuition Management Systems (TMS). Payment plans run 10 months for the full academic year and 5 months if you attend one semester only. The payment plan is interest free and there is a $70 sign up fee. If you wish to sign up, please go to www.afford.com/nec
