An upper-class residence hall, Charter is host to two floors of single rooms with full size beds and loveseats, two lounges, a kitchen, and the Coffee House.  Charter’s spacious floor plan, eclectic mix of residents, and recently renovated Coffee House, create a feeling of community and makes meeting people easy and fun.

Charter Hall overlooks the quad and the Contoocook River.  In front of Charter, there are several shaded areas and two stone picnic tables that make it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a perfect New England spring day. Charter is also close to all of the campus essentials, being just a short walk to Gilmore Dining Hall and the Simon Center.  Your Area Coordinator has an office located in Charter.
