On December 12, 2022, the New England College (NEC) Board of Trustees elected Wayne F. Lesperance as the College’s 16th President. Dr. Lesperance served as Interim President, succeeding Michele D. Perkins who was appointed NEC Chancellor last spring after serving as NEC President for 15 years.
Elliot Hospital Partners with NEC for Three-Year Nursing Program
The two organizations have created a partnership focused on creating an earn-while-you-work, three-year nursing program. We are currently working together to establish immersive clinical experiences at Elliot Hospital, which anticipates its first cohort of eight BSN students in the fall of 2023.
