WMUR: Granite Stater Does Official Artwork for Patriots

The New England Patriots unveiled some of their official artwork on social media this week, and it was created by a New Hampshire artist.
Rich Pellegrino is a professor at New England College. He teaches illustration and comic arts at the school’s Institute of Art and Design. He tells News 9 he likes to involve his students in the artistic process.
“I will have Zoom calls with teams and take them in front of the class, which is a bizarre way to negotiate projects and pay scopes and all that, and timelines behind the camera,” Pellegrino said. “But I feel like that kind of stuff is super valuable to kind of pass on to the next generation.”
Pellegrino says he has done artwork for several other professional sports teams, including the Boston Celtics.
