Aspiring artists aged 14 to 18 who enroll in the Pre-College summer art program at the Institute of Art and Design at NEC have the opportunity to explore their creative passions, refine their skills, and discover their future academic pursuits. Pre-College 2026 meets July 12–25.

Pre-College Program Overview

Ready for a summer filled with artistic discovery and excitement? With small class sizes, you’ll enjoy plenty of interaction with faculty and access to the Art Village at the Institute of Art and Design at New England College featuring state-of-the-art studio facilities. Choose to commute or immerse yourself in the full college experience by living on campus. Pre-College 2026 meets July 12–25.
