In today’s business world, project management is a critical skill for everyone. Many people struggle with managing their projects along with their regular workload. This course offers practical tools and processes that will enable anyone to manage their projects successfully. Participants will leave the workshop with helpful templates to use for their work projects.

Eileen Twichell

Biography of Instructor

Eileen has more than 25 years of experience in project management training, course design, organizational development, and interpersonal team development. For each and every client, she delivers highly interactive, energetic workshops that produce immediate and practical results. Eileen also instructs trainers on how to improve their craft through professional workshops centered on interactive training techniques.

Eileen is also an instructor with the Corporate Education Group (CEG), a Boston-based provider of corporate training and consulting services. Earlier in her career, Eileen was a senior training consultant for FranklinCovey where she led training programs in the areas of time management, project management and trainer certification. She also worked as a training manager for EastWest Federal Bank, in California, where she started their first training department.

During her career, Eileen has consulted for a number of Fortune 100 and 500 clients in industries from manufacturing, education and telecommunications, to government, automotive, insurance, pharmaceutical, biotech, and finance.

Eileen holds a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in training and development from the University of Redlands, California and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She also has specialized training in DiSC Behavioral Analysis, Lumina Learning and Corporate Coaching.

Logistics

This program is valid for six (6) PDCs for the SHRM-CP SM or SHRM-SCP SM.

Taught online through three live virtual sessions that meet once per week.
