New England College is pleased to announce that its President’s Speaker Series will kick off the fall season by hosting Larry Weber, a PR and marketing guru who has developed multiple successful business ventures, authored five forward-thinking marketing books, and co-founded the largest interactive advocacy organization in the world. From horror stories to memorable moments and lessons learned over a career, Weber will share stories of his experiences in a visit to Henniker this month.

The Interpublic Group of Companies purchased The Weber Group in 1996, and in 2000 he was named chairman and CEO of Interpublic’s Advanced Marketing Services, a $3 billion unit including the company’s public relations, research and analytics, and entertainment holdings. Larry is also a guest lecturer at the Tuck School of Business and was a speaker and member of Oxford’s winning Union Debate team, at the annual Silicon Valley Comes to Oxford, in 2013.

“Larry is a gifted communicator and business leader,” said New England College President Dr. Michele Perkins. “His insights are sure to be stimulating and inspiring.
