New England College Welcomes Mount Ida College Students
NEC Plans to Attend College Fair at Mount Ida College Campus on Tuesday, April, 17, 2018.
New England College has announced it will welcome students impacted by the closure of Mount Ida College to its campus in Henniker, NH, by providing a streamlined admission process and the opportunity to complete their college degree at a small, welcoming college community.
As students and families consider their options following the closure announcement, New England College has responded by offering Mount Ida College students – both currently enrolled, and admitted, for the fall of 2018 term – a number of benefits to make their transition as seamless as possible.
Students will receive automatic acceptance and have no application fee; transfer of all their Mount Ida College academic credits; degree completion in the same amount of time as would have been the case at Mount Ida College for the same or similar majors. In addition, students will be offered financial aid that results in the same net cost of tuition, fees, room and board as at Mount Ida College, renewable each year until graduation.
