New England College has extended the application deadline for its Early Acceptance Program (EAP) to January 1, 2026, giving prospective students extra time to apply.

NEC’s Early Acceptance Program offers qualified applicants access to up to $2,000 in additional scholarships (on top of any merit award), provided they complete three steps: submit their application, schedule a campus visit, and file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

“The application deadline extension offers more flexibility for students and families navigating holiday-season schedules or year-end obligations,” explained Brad Poznanski, Vice President of Enrollment Management. “And applicants never have to pay an application fee or submit test scores.”

Students interested in the Early Acceptance Program are encouraged to submit their online application at nec.edu/apply or through the Common App, visit campus, and submit their FAFSA by January 1, 2026, to secure the full scholarship benefit.

For students unable to visit campus in person, NEC’s Admission team is offering a virtual campus visit on Wednesday, December 17, at 7:00 p.m. EST. Register for the virtual visit at nec.edu/visit.
