New England College Hosts ENEBC

On April 25, 2026, New England College (NEC) hosted the 81st Eastern New England Biological Conference (ENEBC). This annual regional undergraduate conference provides an opportunity for students to present their biology research to peers and faculty from institutions across the region. This year’s conference was supported by funding from a NH-LIFT SPARC grant, NEC, and NH-INBRE.

Sisbro Studios gave a keynote talk about science communication that featured a giant blow-up basking shark! Overall, there were about 150 participants from over 20 different institutions including six NH-LIFT partner institutions. Fifty students presented posters with another 17 giving oral presentations.
