New England College’s Animation and Game Design Program Recognized Among New Hampshire’s Best
New England College’s Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation and Game Design has been recognized as one of the top game design programs in New Hampshire by GameDesigning.org, a leading online resource for students exploring careers in game design and interactive media. The program was highlighted in the publication’s 2026 Top Game Design Schools in New Hampshire rankings.
The recognition highlights the strength of NEC’s interdisciplinary program, which blends artistic creativity with emerging technologies to prepare students for careers in animation, game development, digital media, and interactive storytelling.
According to GameDesigning.org, the Animation and Game Design program at New England College “concentrates on the aesthetic experience of animation, digital art, and game design,” while emphasizing experiential learning and artistic expression that prepares graduates for careers as 3D animators, concept artists, and game designers.”
