  Bio
  Mary Tripod joined New England College in February 2024. She is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of expertise in delivering quality healthcare, building corporate business structures, and fostering positive change. Mary is a visionary professional with a track record of finding innovative ways to grow revenue and increase margins. She excels at performance management, healthcare administration, and business development, and is a dedicated change management leader who can implement operational changes to achieve goals. As a focused leader, she identifies innovative methods that produce organizational change and creates a positive corporate culture with engaged employees. Mary has a proven ability to identify and implement efficiency and operational solutions to ensure compliance while maximizing revenues, quality, and productivity. She is also skilled in cultivating key relationships through exemplary communication with professionals from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization.

  Outside of work, Mary and her twin boys live in Contoocook, where they love to hike, kayak, snowboard, and enjoy the beauty of New Hampshire.

  Bio
  Rick Mitchell has many years of experience working in information technology, as a systems designer, project manager, and educator. For many years, he was the president of Programmers Studio, a consulting firm that provided programming and analysis services throughout New England. He worked as a senior project manager at Fidelity Investments and later as a Vice President of Systems Development at the Boston Company.
