Biography:
Professor Chabot was one of three NEC faculty members selected to conduct research with students at NEC as part of the 15.3 Million dollar state-wide INBRE grant received from the National Institute of Health (NIH) in the fall of 2010. Her research focuses on better understanding the relationship between health and intervention in domestic violence. She is eager to work with student researchers on this project and continue writing and presenting findings on this topic at scientific conferences and in peer-reviewed journals.
