Author Mary Johnson

Mary Johnson, author of An Unquenchable Thirst, named one of the best nonfiction books of 2011 by the Kirkus Review, will speak Wednesday, September 26 at 7:15 p.m. in the Simon Center Great Room. An Unquenchable Thirst is a personal memoir about Mary's twenty-year experience as a nun within the Catholic Church. The book provides an intimate, inside view of a closed society that is rarely discussed.

Copies of the An Unquenchable Thirst will be available for purchase and signing at the event. This event is sponsored by Friends of the New England College Library and is free and open to the public. For additional information, please contact the New England College Danforth Library at 603-428-2344.
