Dr. James Newcomb, Assistant Professor of Biology and Health Science – Dr. Newcomb co-authored an article on the neurobiology of nudibranchs (sea slugs) that was published in the May issue of Natural History magazine.
He and a group of New England College students were invited to attend the Eastern New England Biological conference in April where they presented two posters. Their posters addressed the defensive responses of nudibranchs and the effects of serotonin on locomotion in the nudibranch Melibe leonina.
