NEC has grown our healthcare portfolio to include the Master of Science in Health Informatics. The program is targeted to professionals with varying levels of experience who are working in health informatics in healthcare institutions. Most of these professionals come from an IT or other technical background and need to develop management skills in addition to their technical proficiency. However, there are also a significant number of individuals with clinical background (nurses and pharmacists, among others) that have become increasingly involved in the health informatics area.

application (www.nec.edu), a personal statement, official college
transcripts and 1 letters of recommendation.*
No GRE or GMAT scores are required.

admissions committee reserves the right to require other admission
documents and will inform those applicants of that requirement during
