There are a lot of materials to manage when you enroll in a college so we’ve created some handy checklists to help you stay organized. We’re also provided some links for easy access to people and resources that can help.
U.S. citizens and permanent residents:
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the only application needed to be considered for all federal, state, and institutional financial aid at NEC.
Complete and submit the FAFSA for the 2023-2024 academic year, available starting October 1, for Fall 2023. Spring applicants should complete the 2022-2023 academic year form. Enter New England College’s Federal school code is 002579. Our priority deadline for fall enrollment is March 1.
International students/non-U.S. citizens: Do not file the FAFSA. Instead, submit the CSS PROFILE at collegeboard.org. Our CSS code is 3657.
If you have any questions, please visit the Student Financial Services or contact them by phone 603.428.2226, or email sfs@nec.edu.
We request that you submit your deposit of $100 to confirm your enrollment.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay online. You can pay your deposit online with a credit or debit card.
Or you can send a check for $100, made payable to “New England College.” Your check can be mailed to: New England College, Office of Admission, 98 Bridge Street, Henniker, NH 03242.
Orientation and transition to the college environment are a process and, therefore, do not occur solely over the course of one program. For our fall-start students, our programs begin in June and continue into the fall semester. For our spring-start students, our program begins in January and continues through the spring semester. It is our hope that by participating in our programs, students will increase their understanding and knowledge of resources on campus to help them manage this transition.
There are multiple parts to the program:
Get Your Bearings: Online Module, Part 1
Get Your Bearings: Online Module, Part 2
Fall/Spring Welcome Orientation
