Experience Our Virtual Classroom
Live and Interactive
Convenient and Cost Effective
New England College’s continuing education offerings are aligned with the way people work and learn today. Experience the same high quality learning NEC is known for, delivered to your desktop. Our virtual courses are scheduled in short bursts that minimize disruption to your workday and are taught by faculty that understand how to engage learners in a virtual environment.
“Since 2010, the U.S. Department of Education has recognized that online learning, when used by itself, appears to be as effective as conventional classroom instruction”
Our Virtual classroom offers the same benefits as a traditional brick and mortar classroom. It allows interaction between all participating in the session as well as break out rooms and white boards to facilitate group exercises.
Virtual classrooms with Blackboard Collaborate Ultra enable students and faculty to connect via the web or mobile device without downloads or attachment, increasing educational accessibility beyond the physical campus.
Customized Group Training for Your Organization
Onsite or Virtual
New England College’s faculty and staff will work collaboratively with your organization to develop or customize content relevant to the organization’s immediate needs and strategic vision.
Our Process: Listen>> Build>> Teach>> Do
NEC will work with your organization to conduct a comprehensive needs analysis to assure we have a solid understanding of the learning required. Our faculty will build the content to suit your needs. We then deliver the course or program emphasizing practical application of the concepts addressed. The students leave the course with an action plan on how to implement the learning into their work day.
